The Mukhyamantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is Rajasthan's own top-up on PM Kisan. Hindi news often calls it "CM Kisan Samman Nidhi". It started on 30 June 2024 at Krishi Upaj Mandi, Tonk, with ₹2,000 a year on top of PM Kisan's ₹6,000. The Rajasthan Budget 2025-26 raised the state share to ₹3,000 a year, so a PM Kisan farmer in Rajasthan now gets ₹9,000 a year in total (Zee Business, February 2025).

This is an independent guide, not a Rajasthan government website. We explain the scheme from published reports so you know what to expect and where to ask. For the wider picture of all states, see our CM Kisan Samman Nidhi comparison.

Every Rajasthan kist so far

The state pays about ₹1,000 per kist by DBT. Outlook Money (December 2025) reported that the ₹3,000 a year is paid as three ₹1,000 instalments.

Kist Date Place Amount and farmers
1st 30 Jun 2024 Tonk About ₹653 crore, 65 lakh+ farmers (PTI)
2nd and 3rd (see note) December 2024 Not stated ₹702 crore for 70 lakh farmers (Zee News)
4th 18 Oct 2025 Nadbai About ₹718 crore, about 72 lakh farmers (ThePrint/PTI)
5th 22 Jan 2026 Sirohi ₹653 crore (Amar Ujala, Patrika)
6th 16 Aug 2026 Vijayanagar Ground, Alwar ₹667.40 crore to 66.74 lakh farmers (Kisan India, IANS)
7th Not announced Not announced No official date as of 16 Oct 2026

Patrika (April 2026) reported that the first five instalments added up to ₹2,726 crore.

Why the numbering looks confusing

The sources do not agree on how to count the December 2024 payment. Zee News (December 2024) called it the "second installment". Patrika counts it as the 2nd and 3rd together. Later reports follow Patrika's count, which is why the October 2025 payment is called the 4th. If a website calls a payment by a different number, compare the date, not the number.

The delayed 6th kist

The 6th kist was first scheduled for 22 April 2026 at Osian, for 66.56 lakh farmers and ₹665 crore. It was postponed for "प्रशासनिक कारणों" (administrative reasons), as reported by Zee News (May 2026). It was finally released on 16 August 2026 at an event with Amit Shah in Alwar: ₹667.40 crore went to 66.74 lakh farmers. If you were waiting from April, this August payment is the one you were expecting.

Stay safe. Use only official addresses ending in gov.in (pmkisan.gov.in for PM Kisan). Registration, status checks and eKYC are free on the portal; a CSC may charge a small official fee for biometric eKYC. Never pay an agent to release an installment, never share an OTP with a caller, and ignore messages with links promising a bonus or a pending payment. This guide never asks for your Aadhaar, bank details or OTP.

Who gets the Rajasthan top-up

According to Patrika (April 2026), the scheme is for:

  • PM Kisan beneficiary farmers in Rajasthan;
  • who held their land before 1 February 2019, or got it by inheritance;
  • one member per family.

Registration is through the PM Kisan portal, e-Mitra or a CSC. The PM Kisan exclusions (income tax payers, government employees, pensioners with ₹10,000 or more a month and others) are also applied, though it is reported but not officially confirmed that the state list is exactly the same. Read the full list on our PM Kisan eligibility page.

Since 1 January 2025, Rajasthan has been among the states where new PM Kisan applicants need a Farmer ID (GKToday, January 2025). By 19 March 2026, Rajasthan had 83,39,049 Farmer IDs (PIB). If you are registering fresh, start with our Farmer ID guide.

Raj Kisan Sathi: what it is and what it is not

Many farmers search "Raj Kisan" or "Raj Kisan Sathi" for this scheme. Raj Kisan Sathi (rajkisan.rajasthan.gov.in) is the official portal of the Rajasthan Department of Agriculture. Its Kisan services menu has "आवेदन की स्थिति जानें" (know application status), which tracks applications for agriculture department schemes.

In our research, no menu item for the CM Kisan Samman Nidhi payment was seen on Raj Kisan Sathi. So it is not the payment status page for this top-up. Use it for agriculture department applications, not to see whether your ₹1,000 kist has come.

How to check your CM Kisan Rajasthan payment

Because the top-up goes only to PM Kisan beneficiaries, your PM Kisan record decides whether you get it. Use this order:

  1. Look at your bank passbook or SMS around the release dates in the table. The state money comes separately from the ₹2,000 PM Kisan kist.
  2. On the official PM Kisan portal (pmkisan.gov.in), open "Know Your Status", enter your registration number and captcha, and confirm with the OTP. Our status guide shows how.
  3. Make sure land seeding, Aadhaar bank seeding and eKYC all show Yes. If any shows No, fix it first; see PM Kisan eKYC.
  4. For the state payment itself, third-party guides describe a CM Kisan status search on the Raj Sahakar portal (by district and registration number) and on the Jan Soochna Portal (by Aadhaar). This is reported but not officially confirmed. The address widely reported for the Raj Sahakar search is rajsahakar.rajasthan.gov.in; confirm it through the state agriculture department before entering details.
  5. If PM Kisan is paid but the state kist is missing, visit your e-Mitra, tehsil or agriculture office with your passbook.

When will the 7th kist come?

As of 16 October 2026, no official date for the 7th kist has been found. Past payments have not followed a fixed calendar: June 2024, December 2024, October 2025, January 2026 and August 2026. So we cannot tell you a date, and you should be careful of any website that does.

On the amount: Patrika (April 2026) reported that the government is "committed" to raising the total to ₹12,000 a year in future, but no date was given, and no increase was found in the Budget 2026-27 summary. Until an official order says otherwise, the state share is ₹3,000 a year. For the central PM Kisan dates, see PM Kisan installment dates.

Safety for Rajasthan farmers

Use only official .gov.in addresses, e-Mitra kiosks and government offices. Do not pay agents to add your name, and never share an OTP on a phone call. This site never asks for Aadhaar, registration numbers, bank details or OTPs.

Frequently asked questions

CM Kisan samman nidhi Rajasthan 7 kist kab aayegi?

No official date for the 7th kist had been announced as of 16 October 2026. The 6th kist was released on 16 August 2026 in Alwar after a delay from April. Past payments have not followed a fixed calendar, so wait for a state announcement and check your bank passbook rather than trusting predicted dates online.

How much money does Rajasthan give under CM Kisan Samman Nidhi?

The state gives ₹3,000 a year since the Budget 2025-26, up from ₹2,000 when the scheme started in June 2024. It is paid as about ₹1,000 per kist. With PM Kisan's ₹6,000, a farmer in Rajasthan gets ₹9,000 a year. A future rise to ₹12,000 total has been talked about but has no date.

Is Raj Kisan Sathi the CM Kisan status portal?

No. Raj Kisan Sathi is the Rajasthan Department of Agriculture portal. Its "आवेदन की स्थिति जानें" option tracks applications for agriculture department schemes. No CM Kisan Samman Nidhi payment menu was seen there in our research, so use your bank passbook and PM Kisan status for this top-up.

Who is eligible for CM Kisan Samman Nidhi Rajasthan?

As reported by Patrika (April 2026), PM Kisan beneficiary farmers in Rajasthan who held land before 1 February 2019, or inherited it, are eligible, with one member per family. PM Kisan exclusions such as income tax payers and government employees also apply. New applicants also need a Farmer ID.

How do I check CM Kisan samman nidhi status in Rajasthan?

Check your bank passbook first, then your PM Kisan record using Know Your Status on the official PM Kisan portal (pmkisan.gov.in). Third-party guides describe status searches on the Raj Sahakar and Jan Soochna portals, but this is reported but not officially confirmed, so confirm those addresses through the agriculture department before entering details.

Why did I get PM Kisan but not the Rajasthan kist?

The state pays on its own dates, often weeks apart from PM Kisan, so first compare dates with the release table. If the state kist is still missing, your record may be under verification or your land date may not meet the 1 February 2019 rule. Ask at your e-Mitra, tehsil or agriculture office with your passbook.
